A space to understand yourself more deeply.

There are moments when something asks to be looked at more closely: a transition, a relationship,

burnout, a recurring pattern, difficulty with boundaries, or a life that no longer quite fits.

The work is not only cognitive. We pay attention to thoughts and meanings, but also to emotion, bodily

sensation and the signals that can tell us something is being activated before we have fully made sense of

it.

Learning to notice creates a little more space: to stay with an experience, regulate, understand it more

deeply and respond with greater choice rather than move immediately into a familiar reaction.

THE WORK

An integrative way of working

I work with the person as a whole. We may explore thoughts and meanings, emotional responses, bodily

experience, relationships, personal history and the context in which your life is unfolding now.

The work is not only cognitive. The body can register activation before the mind has fully made sense of it.

Sensation, tension, impulse, breath or a change in energy can become useful information, alongside what

you think and feel.

Learning to notice what is happening gives us a little more space. Space to stay with an experience,

regulate, understand it more deeply and respond with greater choice rather than move immediately into a

familiar reaction.

The purpose is not insight for its own sake. It is integration: allowing what we begin to understand to

become available in how you actually live and relate.

INTERNATIONAL LIVES

Living between places, cultures and identities

Many of the people I work with are living internationally, building a life away from where they began, or moving between cultures, relationships, careers and family roles.

Questions of belonging, identity, home, independence and connection can become especially visible in these lives.
